Fraser Place's Portfolio

Fraser Lawrence Place is a digital artist working primairily in video and 3d modelling.In his video work, he uses fragmented, incoherant memories as source footage to create an "archive" of locations and experiences, and feelings. Within this process, his individual experience, specifically his medical transition from female to male, and the collective experience of neo-liberal city life are reflected off one another. Fraser Place works and lives in Montreal, Quebec. He studies Intermedia and Cyberarts at Concordia University, and is currently in his third year.
